November 2, 2023, LANCASTER, Texas--Lancaster ISD will have a regular school day and continue celebrating the Texas Rangers' monumental World Series victory with an official Lancaster ISD Texas Rangers Day on Friday, November 3, 2023. All students and staff are encouraged to attend school and show their team spirit by wearing Texas Rangers colors or spirit attire. Please note that students must remain in dress code; however, hats are acceptable.
Parents making plans to attend the Texas Rangers parade are encouraged to check out their students from their campus after 10:30 am so their attendance is not impacted. Students who do not attend school tomorrow or leave before 10:30 am, an absence will only be excused with a valid doctor's note or approved excused absence reason.
Lancaster ISD is proud of the Texas Rangers and looks forward to continuing its district-wide celebration with the rest of the DFW metroplex.
