Texas Minimum State Vaccine Requirements for Students Grades K-12

All students must submit proof of required immunizations to the campus by the first day of school, which means they must receive all required immunizations BEFORE the start of school. School Immunizations

ALL 6th graders entering 7th grade must get Tdap and Meningitis immunizations.

Passport Health/Staying Healthy Medical Services will be conducting vaccination clinics to get your students up to date.

  • May 21, 2025 – 4:00pm-6:00pm

    • George Washington Carver 6th Grade STEM Center – 1005 Westridge Ave, Lancaster

  • August 9, 2025 – 9:00am-12:00pm

    • Lancaster ISD High School – 200 E. Wintergreen Rd

  • August 14, 2025 – 12:30pm-4:30pm

  • August 20, 2025 – 4:00pm-7:00pm

    • Lancaster ISD Enrollment Center – 1201 N Dallas Ave, Lancaster

TODOS los estudiantes de 6.º grado que ingresen a 7.º grado deben recibir las vacunas Tdap y contra la meningitis.

Vacunas Escolares

Passport Health/Staying Healthy Medical Services llevará a cabo una clínica de vacunación para obtener sus estudiantes actualizados para el año escolar.

A printed current vaccine record or note from school stating missing vaccines is required.  (Electronic proof cannot be accepted.  A paper copy must be provided.)

Parent or guardian must be present.

Only students attending the school district that is hosting the clinic, age 3-18, can be seen.  This should not replace any well child checkups at the pediatrician. 

Older children who resist shots and children with special needs cannot be seen given the nature of this clinic.  Please refer to your pediatrician.

This clinic is being offered as a community service event and should not replace a visit to your pediatrician.  Staff and supplies are limited so the clinic may be discontinued if supplies or time runs out.  We cannot guarantee that everyone will be seen.

We accept the following forms of payment:

Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana & United Health Care PPO plans will be accepted.

**WE CANNOT ACCEPT AETNA & BLUE CROSS GOLD, SILVER, OR BRONZE PLANS OR HMO PLANS WITH ANY INSURANCE COMPANY.**

A paper photo copy of insurance card and driver’s license MUST be provided to receive vaccines at no charge.  Electronic copies cannot be accepted.

Medicaid/CHIP

No charge for vaccines. Must provide a paper photo copy of card.

UNINSURED

$10.00 PER VACCINE       ($40 maximum per child.)

CASH OR ZELLE ONLY PLEASE  (We cannot accept bills over $20.)

Vaccines available:  Chicken Pox, DtaP, Hepatitis A, Hepatitis B, HIB, HPV, Meningitis (required for 7th grade and College) Meningitis B (recommended for College), MMR, Polio, Pneumonia and TDaP
