July 19, 2024, Lancaster ISD/Lancaster, TX-- As the 2024-2025 school year approaches, Lancaster Independent School District is announcing updated school start and end times set to take effect at the beginning of the school year.
The district's decision to implement new staggered start times is part of an ongoing commitment to enhance the educational experience for students while striving for continuous improvement. By adjusting the schedule, the district aims to better meet the needs of all campuses and streamline transportation logistics, ensuring that every student's transportation needs are met in an efficient manner.

Pre-K 3 Only (Belt Line Elementary)
Pre-K 3 start and end times are divided into morning and afternoon:
The morning session will begin at 8:10 a.m. - 11:40 a.m.
The afternoon session will begin at 11:50 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.
