March 19, 2025, Lancaster ISD/Lancaster, TX -- The Superintendent's Key Communicators had an inspiring session this week focused on servant leadership and personal branding!
Lancaster High School alumna, Dr. Stephanie Boyce, shared her experiences as a student in Lancaster and how those experiences led to her future success, notably as the CEO of The Fresh Classroom.
Dr. Boyce shared her insights on what it means to be a servant leader and how students can identify their personal brand while working toward their future goals. She challenged the Key Communicators to evaluate their current brand and they continue to grow as leaders.
Through engaging discussions, students explored the power of leadership, purpose, and self-discovery. Dr. Boyce’s wisdom encouraged them to lead with impact and authenticity as they continue on their leadership journey.
