Lancaster ISD is pleased to announce Todd Garrison has been named the new Chief Financial Officer. In his role, Garrison will direct and manage the operation of all financial and business affairs of the district, including accounting, payroll, purchasing, risk management, and tax collection, to enhance teaching and learning. He’ll also serve as the chief financial adviser to the superintendent and board of trustees.

Previously, Garrison served as the Assistant Superintendent of Finance for Kaufman Independent School District, where he supervised and led all financial personnel, including accounts payable, payroll, treasury, food service liaison, and federal grants.
He's also served as superintendent for Davis Public Schools, Lone Grove Public Schools, and Cashion Public Schools in Oklahoma. Garrison is a member of the Texas Association of School Business Officials and the Texas Association of School Administrators.
Lancaster ISD Superintendent, Dr. A. Katrise Perera, says Garrison will be an asset to the district leadership team.

Garrison received his master’s of education from the University of Oklahoma and his bachelor’s degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University.
